Return and Exchange Policy

Kyan Kids Store – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

At Kyan Kids, we are committed to providing a safe and exceptional shopping experience. Therefore, we have established this policy to protect our customers' rights and to regulate returns and exchanges in a clear and fair manner.


First: Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Time:

1–2 business days.

Delivery within Saudi Arabia:

2–5 business days.

Riyadh (Store Representative):

24–48 hours.

United Kingdom Delivery:

7–30 business days (Shipping fee: 450 SAR).

⚠️ Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the United Kingdom.

GCC Shipping:

7–20 business days.

Second: Return & Exchange Period

1) Returns

  • Within 3 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping company).
  • If payment was made via:
  • Tabby
  • Tamara
  • The return period is 24 hours only from the delivery date.
  • Wholesale orders: 24 hours only.

2) Exchanges

  • Within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The replacement product must be of equal or higher value.
  • Exchange to a lower-priced item is not allowed.
  • If paid via Tabby or Tamara: exchange period is 3 days from delivery date.
  • Wholesale orders: 24 hours only.


Third: Special Cases & Promotions

Seasonal products (Ramadan, Eid, Saudi National Day, Founding Day, etc.):

  • Return or exchange within 24 hours only.

Occasion, evening & seasonal dresses:

  • 24 hours only for return or exchange.

Discounted items:

  • Non-refundable.
  • Exchange allowed within 24 hours only.

Buy-one-get-one or promotional bundle offers:

  • All items must be returned together.
  • Customer bears shipping fees for exchanges.
  • A product can only be exchanged once.


Fourth: Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Item must be in original condition.
  • Not worn or washed.
  • Tags and security labels must not be removed.
  • All original tags and accessories must be included.
  • No perfume scents or cosmetic stains.
  • Invoice must be attached.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect items before approval.
  • Requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.


Fifth: Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Accessories, perfumes, and personal-use items.
  • Used or washed products.
  • Customized or altered items.
  • Orders outside Saudi Arabia.
  • Products showing misuse by the customer.


Sixth: Shipping & Exchange Fees

Via Shipping Companies (SMSA – Aramex)

  • Shipping fees are as shown at checkout.
  • If the original order had free shipping, the customer bears full shipping costs in case of exchange.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), COD fees + shipping fees will be deducted.


Kyan Kids Store Representative

Riyadh:

  • 40 delivery fee.
  • In case of exchange: additional 80 (collect old item + deliver new one).
  • Price difference must be paid if applicable.

Jeddah:

  • 50 delivery fee.
  • If original shipping was free:
  • Return: 100
  • Exchange: 150

⚠️ Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Seventh: Returns via Tabby or Tamara

  • 2% of the order value will be deducted + 15% VAT on that 2%.
  • Any applied discount code will be canceled.
  • Deductions are processed by the financing company.
  • Return window: 24 hours only.

Eighth: Cash on Delivery (COD)

In case of return:

  • 30 shipping fee deducted.
  • COD service fee deducted.
  • Return shipping fee deducted.

Ninth: Re-shipping Policy

If the customer does not receive the order and it is returned to the store:

  • The order can be re-shipped after paying full new shipping fees.


Tenth: Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once marked as “Shipped.”
  • If a shipping label has been issued and the order is canceled:
  • Shipping fees will be deducted.
  • If the order has already been shipped:
  • Customer bears double shipping fees (two-way shipping).


Eleventh: Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Bank transfer: 3–7 business days.
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay, etc.): 1–14 business days.
  • Apple Pay: refunded to the same card used for payment.


Important Notes

  • If the mistake is from the store, all shipping costs will be covered by the store.
  • If the customer fails to respond to the shipping company or our representative and the shipment is returned to us:
  • The customer bears full shipping costs.
  • The order cannot be returned or exchanged once returned to our warehouse.
  • It may only be re-shipped after paying the applicable shipping fees.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
